I.C.D.C.E is currently running both SHORT TERM/LONG TERM programmes and invite all interested participants, ages between 16-65 yrs old to participate and experience the rich Culture of Ghana as well as helping in developmental projects.

The Short term programme ranges from 2 WEEKS - 12 WEEKS, and the Long term programme ranges from 6 MONTHS - 12 MONTHS.
The Short and the Long term programmes include activities such as;
- WORK CAMPS (Indulging in community development projects)
- SCHOOLS (Assisting Teachers in School especially children)
- ORPHANAGES (Helping Orphans and the needy)
- HOSPITALS (Offering Medical Services)
- HIV/AIDS PROJECTS, MALARIA, TUBERCLOSIS, and other Health issues (Educating people against the menace)
- ART AND CULTURE (Practicing the Ghanaian Culture)
- COMPUTER TRAINING CENTRE (Supplying free Computers to remote areas and offering free training)
- FARMING
- RED CROSS SOCIETY (Offering services to humanity)
- SALVATION ARMY
- CHILDREN WITH SOCIAL PROBLEMS
- THE DISABLED
- SCHOOLS OF THE DEAF
- ECOLOGICAL PROJECTS
- SPORTS (Indulging in sporting activities)
- CHILD LABUOR (Education against Child Labour)
- YOUTH FRIENDLY SERVICES
